Bee has a deep passion for the movement arts, including free form dance, contact improvisation, acrobatics, and yoga. She discovered her love for yoga in 2009 and jumped right into the yoga community in Long Beach, CA. Finding her path into Kundalini Yoga, she became committed to meditation and movement. She quickly realized that her calling was to share these teachings with the community.
With a dedication to women’s natural health, labor doula work, and raw food nutrition Bee is excited to integrate her background of health and wellness into the sharing of Kundalini Yoga with the Portland community!
