Karin Davenport has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She’s certified to teach in Hatha, Vinyasa and Air Yogalates (aerial yoga). Her approach and passion for teaching creates comfortable and challenging classes with a focus on breath for biofeedback. Her classes intelligently weave together humor, confidence and self discovery with variations of poses for all levels.
